if you mean a software I'm pretty sure you need a software in which you can code , it's generally called and IDE , for c++ I prefer visual studios or codeblocks. Just search it on Google and download .
If your system.doesnt support visual studio ( you need at least 4 GB RAM) then use code blocks .
