What are the best servers used to make online chatrooms?

When i came across WASP's Public Chat, I became interested in making public chats. Unfortunately, I don't know what are the best servers to be used.
Any constructive suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

i think WASP used her own server for the chat messaging
