What is a Good Modern Resource For Learning Algorithms?

I am graduating college soon and I want to be a software developer. I want to be very successful and great in the field, and I’m willing to learn and work hard at it. What is a good modern resource for learning algorithms? I have read that learning algorithms is important for getting a software development job and being good at it.
