Is there a SoloLearn user manual or guidelines?

Question

The only thing I could find are some FAQs. Does anybody know if there's a short user manual or guidelines which explain the basics about how SoloLearn works?
Or maybe it's part of the exercise to figure it out with trial and error? Some kind of tips and tricks would be nice...

@Victor_*: Thanks for the fast reply! I am using SoloLearn already around a month and it's quite easy to use. Anyway, it happens from time to time that I figure out after a couple of weeks doing it wrong how something can be done easier.
Maybe they could add also a brief SoloLearn tutorial. Maybe I'm also just too old fashioned...

@Manual: All of the links go in the direction of what I'm looking for. But the information should be more structured and complete and not spread around over many, many posts. The individual lists are good for their topic... the information could be also more condensed...

SoloLearn is a software where you can learn how to program, just pick a language and try to understand and complete every task. You don't need a manual, if you have a question do what you just did, post it ;); if you want to test what you know, challenge someone, etc...
