SHOULD I GO TO COLLEGE OR LEARN ONLINE

Question

After seeing my progress, my father asked if I would like to go to college to study software engineering or learn online but I am yet to give an answer.

What are the pros and cons of both options, please?

For those who learn online, what are your experiences? Did you feel incomplete even after learning all?

What should be my response?

Self-learning can take you farther and allow you to focus on exactly what you want to learn. Still, employers at big companies would prefer to see a degree. College offers more of a clear path, but it won’t teach you as much information that you will use.
I would recommend going to college, but still taking yourself farther though self-learning
