i like coding katas, this idea is used in martial arts, you just repeat the same movements again and until you do it without thinking.
try to learn some sports like ice skating, skiing any martial arts like karate or aikido, they help to develop your body awareness. King Emma 👑 is right about confidence. it is way to succeed in any area, not only in programming. also read a book mindset by Carol Dweck and emotional inteligence by Daniel Goleman

You need one tool and its:
CONSISTENT Practice.
When you Practice EVERYDAY and every night it improves your skill a LOT.
Then give yourself a small project, stay up late to complete it.
And the better you become at coding, the higher your Confidence 😎 will go
