Jetbrains IDEs are very popular (paid). In the same way you have IDE as Aptana Studio. I usually use a common text editor for those tasks. I mainly use Visual Studio Code or Sublime Text.

I would recommend Atom by GitHub or Brackets by Adobe. Both are free, opensource and fantastic options for web development.

I would chose Visual Studio Code. But you should try some options out and see what you like the most.
