When you're saying born, is that a way of saying 'create'? My apologies for misunderstanding you, but I'm trying. lol
At the moment, you've barely dipped into HTML and have yet to finish any of the courses yet. I'd recommend that you go finish the HTML course and then go through the JavaScript course in order to accomplish this task. Beyond this task, I recommend you learn CSS, SQL, jQuery, and PHP along with it.
With the basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript, you can easily create a timed test.
