I can't use Russian language

why I can't use Russian language in (" ")?

Maybe, this is due to the properties of the local Playground. I tried the methods that I know, but it did not help😄

Running Java and other languages on console allows only for ASCII characters to be input/output. Unicode like Russian characters will not be input/output correctly...

@Tamra not only languages. HTML (if you include a meta tag) and Python can run unicode characters which include Russian characters.
