Professional Web Design

I‘m currently trying to improve my web design skills, but I lack on creativity and ideas for good pages. I would like to buy a book to learn about design but I am not sure which I should buy, because many books specialize about HTML and CSS and not mainly about design. Do you know any good design books?

You don't really need to buy videos and/or courses, i mean... there are tons of valid (and free) resources out there. That said, i recommend the following book, if you are a visual learner, Udemy courses as stated by @Sampath will be fine. 1 - "Responsive Web Design" by Ethan Marcott, you are going to build a responsive website step-by-step. I recommend this book since it is focused on making something from scratch rather than learning HTML and CSS. PS - If you want to pick up one of the valid free resources i was talking about, check out the Traversy Media channel on YouTube, he has tons of videos about real templates made in HTML and CSS.

You may find that looking for resources to help design good UI will help too. Many of the same principles apply to website design and are not exclusive to app development.
