What basic knowledge is needed to study programming?
And what is the order of their study?

1) All you need is to understand English when you are starting.
2) Depends on what you want to achieve. For web development: Start with HTML, and then move on to CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and SQL.
For general application programming: Python, C++, and Ruby; then Java, C#, or Swift, based on the platform you're targeting.
