Under 18 programming

What exactly are the limitations for someone under 18 in game development? I know in regular jobs you can work for only a few hours a day and a few days a week, but what about coding a game? And am I allowed to take in money from the game? I just would like to know what’s legal. Any help is appreciated.

The answers will depend on the country the person resides in. I would contact/consult your local workplace law body / government

That changes depending on your country underage employment laws. Formally speaking. Beyond laws, you can create your own apps and either ask for donations or earn money by using ads or I think google pays depending on the downloads you app has.

As stated, the answer will depend on what country the person lives in. Also it is necessary to consider whether you are required to register for taxation purposes.

As a UK resident I cannot consult on American law. However, it is likely you will need to register for taxation purposes and there may or may not be employed limits for self employed developers.
