When You Reach A High Level In A Programming Language You Feel You Just Can Break The Rules And Be Creative With It So My Question Is How Can I Feel That Creative In C++,C# Or C Because I Didn't Feel Like That With C++,C# Or C Even When I Reach A Higher Level ?

Honestly speaking, capitalising all the words in a sentence is incorrect punctuation. Try writing your résumé this way, I'm pretty sure the guys at HR would give you "faster result".
