Seeing that Swift is owned by Apple, they have yet to release or announce any support for Windows (understandable as Microsoft is their biggest competition), and Sololearn's virtual environment is Windows based, there might be a long wait for this. You can try and get things running in a virtual machine however.

Android is a Linux based OS. There's been support on Linux distros for development.

Oh, I’ve forgotten that SoloLearn uses Windows NT

Hm, I really don’t understand why Apple can't make Windows support. At the moment Android supports Swift apps. And there's many Android developers which make apps on Windows PC.
