still few years to cross 30 but I m having a lot of back pain ( in the upper area) , some advised a good lumbar support chair, it didn't help. , looks like standing desk s gonna be the next try , but they come very costly specially good sturdy ones I better improvise my existing table or use washing machine carton for now😅. I imagine of bartender type chair and table , where u don't need to alter ur table and mess up the cables but instead use long chair to sit and remove it to stand, although trying to bend back during relaxing and falling would be fatal on that chair😅😅

Standing tables are the most amazing things if you can afford them/have the space for them. If not, getting a good chair helps, but what really matters when sitting down is posture. As for ergonomic keyboard there's a pretty good argument to be made against them: if you use a mechanical keyboard you are more efficient. If you are more efficient you get to write more code. If you write more code you get to make more money. If you make more money you get to buy better healthcare which would be better for your health then an ergonomic keyboard. With mice I'd recommend something big and a little ergonomic, with a shape similar to Logitech's MX Master, is probably best for both efficiency and comfort.
