How to know the color from html color codes and how to know the html color from color names?

for example- how do you the exact color code for green color, or purple color, or grey colour? and how do we know #f0f0f0 is which color?

I was lazy to add all the text colors, but I ve added few , If anyone can add more text colors and hex codes to the object cnameArr at line 288 , I d be grateful.

right now I ve only included my favourite text colors that I have came across on others code in playground,
