Beginnner programmer

Question

i will study analisys of systems and programming at this year, and I want to know, if anyone knews where i find exercices to study python, Java and c++,
i am starting with python in "the huxley", but is so confuse without some book or something like. And the huxley makes a stratified code conditioning (in/out)puts.
