Can C++ do it?

Question

Take data from a excel table and fill it into a protocol. convert it to pdf and save it.
I just start doing c++ for solve this problem. I have a excel solution, but im not very happy with. I need a much more flexible solution.
so I DL this little programm here. it is a great fun!

I will so how the way off c++ looks like. but I would like to know if c++ can offer a solution for my problem 😸
