Is it good for me to learn swift?
can i code swift using windows laptop?
between apple and android, in your point of view which one will give me an advantage as game / software dev ?

Hi, unfortunately I have not found a way to develop for apple without using IOS or mac OS. This is due to the fact that xcode is only written for apples operating system.
You will probably here VMs suggested. however, it should be noted that the IOS license agreement states that the operating system must be run on an apple device.
For this reason, assuming you are using Windows as implied in your question, I would recommend developing for android.
