I think you should concentrate on scripting languages. Depending on the environment where you will be working I would recommend Windows Powershell or Linux Bash or other Linux shells. But this is only one side of the medal. You must have a deep insight in hardware related topics as well and it is essential to be up to date with your knowledge. The admin is in most cases asked when there is a problem, and the 'normal' employee has a narrow time schedule so that you have to solve problems in the shortest possible time. But what I wrote is my little insight in admin's work as a normal employee. I do not know whether there are faculties at universities of applied sciences which have the 'admin' subject. In my company the chief admin did study Physics at an university and learned the admin thing on the job - more or less.

I would guess all languages close to hardware are fine. So start with C++, C, C#, Java, Linux, and so on. I do not think you really need html or Java Script for this. But it might depend on the activities you have as a network manager in your company.
