Why is my certificate not loading.?

just completed python for beginners and my certificate isn’t loading…what might be the problem?
Has anyone of you encountered such instances…and how did you find your way through ?
Has nothing to do with network issues,the reason being that all other completed course certificates do appear.Tried viewing it on the web as well and it’s the same response.Any help? i feel like my ride has been in vain.

I would wait a day or two. If you still can't access it, contact sololearn support.

Hamza Yousfi I can see that you have it, but I can't open it. This happens occasionally. If you still can't access it in a day or two contact sololearn at [e-mail].

Just in case , the certificate can be seen now, but with a slightly wrong date : I finished in Jan 20, but it shows Jan 18

But certificate is not loading or showing,
