As @Jordan said, WebCodes get more attention, but do not make them just to get upvotes, keep learning and focus yourself on C++ if it is the language you're comfortable with (as it seems to be), upvotes won't be useful to build your career... !

don't try to cheat the system. Web codes get most attention, make a good code, update it over time and just keep improving
