Am I the only one getting notifications of old replies and upvotes that I already saw ?

I'm getting old notifications again from yesterday and day before yesterday and so on from now to back in time is this glitch only happening to me or everyone ??

This is from new update released yesterday, May be something maintenance issue. Hope it resolved soon. let's wait for some time.

every new update breaks smth, meanwhile my gboard switches to web mode when in the playground, so that I have to switch keyboards to type a comma, and this bug has persisted since at least 2018 I think. App has been perfect when I first installed it many years ago, now I find it hard even to navigate around, switch courses, I keep closing it accidentally when I tap Back, I don't remember having this problem back then. I hate updates 😕

Oh, and this problem with the notifications I've been having it from a long time ago, idk if it's just from the last time I updated (which was a few months ago).
