You should start with HTML, CSS JS as sequentially you'll be able to make good project on web development in initial time...

If you don't mind repeating, there is a Web Development Fundamentals course which cover the most basic parts of all 3 HTML, CSS and Javascript.

The 3 individual language courses probably go deeper into the languages.

I agree with most of what is being said here. Though, don't let the long lists intimidate you. There's always, always, always more to learn.
I have completed most of the web dev courses here. I'd say...
I'd say the main 5 are:
HTML
CSS
JavaScript
Responsive Web Design
Web Development Fundamentals
Then it's just a matter of what you want to do next. If you want to focus on back end stuff then you may want to look into PHP or JQuery. There's also a game dev course for JavaScript here that might be something you'd enjoy.

I suggest you start with HTML move to CSS then JavaScript. Also there are lots of flameworks alternative like bootstrap, react, jQuery but you can learn these later
