There should be some other thing in the database that defines the scope of a certain record. For example, in this forum you are asked to fill in the tags when you make a draft for a question. Each word in the tags are considered as scope definer. Meaning if you use 'C++' as one of the word in tags, your question are C++ related. As you write another word 'strings' your question is considered to be related to C++ string, and so on. The question title also be used to find "related" questions. How these title and tags are searched (exact, partial) depends on how the developer design and build it. Regarding how YouTube find related contents may differ, because of data they store and how they manage it. Your best bet would be to ask them directly about it. Though I'm not sure whether they would intentionally expose their internal system works.

Define what you mean by related string first, search where? Give an example about the idea, and show what you tried even if it doesn't work. Avoid asking people to do the entire work, rather than saying "give me code" say "how do I do this".

in case of searching string Mean exact data not found but related data found. Example YouTube searching video. When exact video not found but YouTube server provide related video
