This is an update on my case: I wrote them within the 48 hours after the transaction was made (as the policy recommends), and they cancelled my subscription and refunded my money. :D

Maraoui Yassine in the past some people have reported being billed at the start of the 14 day trial. Is that what happened to you? If so contact info@sololearn.com

You have to cancel your trial it before your trial ends. If you don't then you will be charged
sololearn doesn't charge you when you are in the free trial

I don't know how fast or reliable sololearn is when it comes to answering. Apart from emailing them you can try contacting the payment provider you used: google if you used their playstore, apple if you used their appstore. If you paid sololearn directly, your bank, credit card company, paypal, or whatever other payment provider you used.

I activated the trial version of 14 days, but the problem is that they immediately charged me 50€. I immediately canceled and contacted them for a refund. Do you know if the money will be returned to me?

How you are accessing SOLOLEARN using Google account, I got my money back within few days. When I CLAIM my money back through Google.
I wanted to pay money for one year they cancelled payment maybe the offer has been expired.

A payment has been deducted from my account for Solo Learning PRO Subscription. Im also using this App with my studies and I have never subscribed for this. But somehow a payment has been deducted from my Bank Account.
Could you please check and let me know that if this Payment was deducted to this account.

I myself has bought Sololearn Pro through Google Play. I am not able to get access to pro section of the Sololearn.
Now payment has been cancelled and I am waiting for refund.
Google Play Support Team says that if payment is made through Google Pay then only they can refund in other cases Application Developer needs to be contacted for cancelled payment to be refunded.
